Gallery at 808

Gallery at 808 is one of Downtown Gadsden’s Tourist and Art Destination that welcomes visitors of all ages. It is a comprehensive space that hosts amongst its 60 some pieces, contemporary art where global spirituality meets local community. It was founded by artist, Nanda Patel in 2023. The gallery features globally influenced abstract works by Nanda that create a bridge between cultures, community, and consciousness. It also hosts pottery by renowned  Alabama potters, Steve Loucks and Lynnette Hesser.  Gallery at 808 serves as a cultural space for exhibitions, dialogue, gatherings and creative connections. One can visit,  purchase art, prints, pottery, and where custom are work is also commissionable for commercial and residential spaces.  Gifting art for groups or conferences can also be arranged. It is must see, must visit art space.

Appointments to visit the gallery with Nanda and special event viewings are also available.

The Gallery is free to visit. It is 5 minutes from I 759 and Broad St., Downtown Gadsden. Complimentary coffee is available. The gallery has ample parking, a seating space, accessible entrance and facilities.
