Join us July 7th for First Friday. Event starts at 6:00pm and ends at 9:00pm. Entertainment will include Anthony Eastwood at 2nd & Broad, Vyntage at 3rd and Broad, Tad of Jazz at 4th and Broad, and The Wheelers at 5th and Broad.
Be sure to visit the Gadsden Artisan and Farmers Market at 701 First Ave from 3pm until dark. Stalls will be selling eggs, plants, honey, and handmade goods.
Following First Friday, the Summer Concert Series at the Amphitheater has Bluff City Bandits playing Country & Southern rock! Both events are free to attend.
First Friday is organized and produced by Downtown Gadsden, Inc., a non-governmental entity and is held to support and promote the downtown merchants. Please respect the following guidelines and local ordinances to ensure a safe and enjoyable festival for all attendees.
• For the safety of your pet and shoppers, NO PETS PLEASE
• No unauthorized vendors and exhibitors
• No unauthorized amplification of sound-producing devices
• No unauthorized signs or written materials
• No pamphleteering
• No advertising of outside businesses
• No personal coolers and glass containers
• No unsafe actions, such as but not limited to, revving motors, burnouts, etc.
• No skateboards, roller blades, bicycles or other devices on sidewalks or in crowded areas
• No fundraising activities of any kind
