Broad Street

On March 24th from 10am-1pm, EMA and Downtown Gadsden, Inc. have come together to provide kids the opportunity to learn about disaster preparedness, safety, power outages and many other topics. There will be several stations set up on Broad Street from 5th to 7th Streets downtown. Children will be given a passport to be checked off at each station, and when they have completed the route, they can receive a free meal a long with a chance at prizes. Registration will be at the Waterwall Courtyard in between the Pitman Theater and Downtown Civic Center.

This is a great learning opportunity not only for the kids, but parents and grandparents as well.
